About me
tomash marko
My journey in sports began at the age of 17, when I enrolled at the Sport Academy in Amsterdam. Over four intensive years of study supported by countless hours of teaching physical classes and completing hands-on internships I specialized in martial arts, with a focus on kickboxing. That path led me to become a professional fighter and, certificated performance coach.
By the age of 23, I stepped out of the ring and into the Amsterdam’s most prestigious health club: the Conservatorium Hotel’s Akasha gym. For over a decade, I’ve trained high-end clients, athletes, entrepreneurs, children, and anyone committed to becoming the strongest version of themselves both physically and mentally.
It was in this diverse, high-performance and wellness environment that I began to develop my own unique method: integrating athletic-style training into the world of premium personal coaching. I quickly saw that this hybrid approach didn’t just improve fitness it transformed lives. My clients reported breakthroughs in energy, confidence, performance, business, and even relationships.
After ten years of growth in Amsterdam as both a coach and full-time athlete I’m stepping out of my comfort zone once again.
I’ve relocated to Marbella with one mission:

Can I join the Strength & Run clubs without being part of the community?No. Both the Strength Club and Run Club are exclusive to Community Members. It’s the perfect way to connect with like-minded individuals, stay motivated, and get that extra boost, all within a high-performing circle that’s built to challenge and support you.

When and where does the Run Club take place?The Run Club meets every Monday and Friday at 5:30 AM in Vondelpark, Amsterdam. Mondays are for easy runs, while Fridays focus on interval or tempo runs, giving you a great mix of recovery and intensity.

When and where does Strength Club take place?Strength Club sessions are held at a variety of locations — both outdoors and in select partner gyms we collaborate with. This allows us to keep the training dynamic, challenging, and inspiring. Sessions are scheduled twice a week, and locations may vary depending on the type of workout and season, ensuring the best possible experience for every participant.

Are there any extra costs for the exclusive Community events?As a Community Member, you’ll receive exclusive invitations to two events each month — one focused on sports and one social. There are no extra fees for the organization, planning, or guidance of these events — that’s fully covered and part of your membership. You only pay your own participation cost, which depends on the activity (e.g., entrance fees, food/drinks, equipment rental). We keep this transparent and cost-effective, so you always know what to expect.

What is Rub Club access?Rub Club access includes two weekly group running sessions designed to improve endurance, speed, and running technique. Each session is tailored to your current level and goals, helping you become a stronger, more efficient runner.

Can I bring a guest to exclusive events?Yes! For most of our events, you’re welcome to bring a guest to share the experience. However, a few sport-specific events — like training sessions or member-only challenges — are exclusively for program members to ensure a focused and tailored environment. We’ll always notify you in advance if an event has this restriction.
